Strategy: Energy Acceleration. Leafeon Lv.X make sure evrything on my field gets energy, along with Regirock + Energy Patch + Stark mountain. Maintaining a constant armaldo until leafeon Lv.X can sufficantley sweep. Armaldo prevents Psychic Lock and Kingdra from being such a threat, and forces switches. Azelf makes sure I have all the techs I need from my prizes, while Chatot/Jirachi is just something that can attack for no energy and don't suck as starters.
