Does anyone know how to get the Avatar shop workng? or is it not up yet? I keep seeing avatarts that look like it is open but I can't get it to work.

as far as i know the avatar shop doesnt work yet,u can only redeem the codes u got for clothing from league or other places and get the items that way.the avatar shop will probably be working around the time tokens are actualized for use.
