first question:

is it possible to evolve a "baby pokemon" in the same turn you have put it onto your bench?

second:

if you attack with Holon's Castform's "Delta Draw" and it is the only pokemon you have in play, may you draw a card? because it says in the text "draw a card for every pokemon with a "delta symbol" on it's card" and holon' castform has a "delta symbol" on the card!

thank you in advance!

1. Yes. Since you are doing it via a Power, you get to do it right away.

2. Good question. It doesn't say "delta species", just "delta",

The answer to your second question is no. The symbol must be at the top of the Pokemon card indicating that it is a Delta Pokemon. There are a number of cards that have the symbol printed somewhere on the card, like Holons Castform and certain trainers, but the ruling has been made that the only place the symbol counts is at the top where it is denoting that the Pokemon is a Delta type.
