What are some good strategies to use with this banette?
This card. It makes it good again!!1!
Banbliss is my favourite deck EVER. I just find that it is very consistent and it really dosen't matter if you start with Chansey or Shuppet. If you start with Chansey, you basicly either get a Shuppet or get a Blissey, depending on what's in your hand. If you start with Shuppet, set a Chansey up on your Bench, then Ascension. Next turn, get out Bliss and maybe another Shuppet if your lucky, and throw an Energy to Bliss. Ghost Head for 70, they KO you, bring up a Shuppet, Ascension, Ghost Head again, while pileing up Energy onto Bliss. Eventually, attach an Energy or two to Ban, then use Spiteful Pain for more. Send out Bliss, who you should have been powering up all this time, along with Energy in the discard, and you should be doing around 100 damage with Bliss.
Although I haven't tested, I have also heard that T2 Banette is pretty good.
U need NRG to use ascension so no piling on bliss unless ure attacking, it goes If u get Shuppet,Ghost head, then Bring up another Banette and then Bliss,if U get chansey, setup as many Banettes as possible while Bliss goes to work,Cessation is used and warps are too.
Cuz T2 is quicker is resistant to Bliss which helps in the long run.
what would speed ban look like? and which minun does it use?
Minun's an easy one. Secret Wonders. Plusle Secret Wonders and Slowking Great Encounters have similar effects, but Slowking's a stage 1 (with a crappy basic), and Plusle only retrieves BASIC energy (which... Isn't too impressive in Turn 2 Banette, or at least not worth sacrificing Shuppet starts for)
4-4 Banette SW
1 Sableye CG
1 Minun SW
what Speed Ban looks like.
4-4 Banette SW
2-1-2 Nidoqueen δ
1 Minun SW
what BANG looks like.
any other list, just ask cuz Ive got em all and tried them all.
Thought BANG was Banette + Lunatone. Use Celio's or Quick Ball, then Lunatone discard. :/
Nah,BANG was thought of before the Solrock/Lunatone came out,so nidoqueen/bronong was used which is pretty good since u can use scramble and boost. You should try that version.
what is faster t2 or speed?
T2 is faster, because it is T2, however I am not sure how popular this deck will be during states. As it can have it's troubles with Magmortar and the fact that Dark decks might be a bit more popular with the newest set. That can hurt if they are resistant and can deal double damage. I think that GG still can beat this matchup as long as they dont get a crap start and they know exactly what they should be doing.
I went like 4-0 during cities with my version of GG and I never really had any issues with it. They would get T2 Banette but the problem is that if you can survive til late game they have a huge problem if they cannot get thier Banette into the discard pile.
how does t2 banette work??? strategy???
Slowpoke is not crappy at all. NOTHING beats a Slowpoke tail...except Slowpoke himself.
Except the Team Rocket Members in Azelia town, who cut of the slowpoke tails and sell them for like 99999P.
Its easy to get Banette in the discard, you play TVR/Holon Adventuer/Mentor/ and you play those in 4s. Its the lack of NRG you get which sucks. Only reason i lost to GG,is cuz he had a turn on me so I couldt get the other Ko to finish b4 time. I OHKO all the Gallades/Gardveiors, also if you dont use Absol, its a pretty matchup for Banette.since we will ruin your setup, and we can OHKO back with Lake Boundary. Also if they dont use Raid, then its still a easy matchup, since u use the fishing engine and they can recover from your supporters if you win a wadger.
Also Speed Ban is T2,4-4 Banette Sw/Minun SW its the same list.
That's pretty expensive for the satisfying of slowpoke's tail, it that cannot feel pain when bitten.
