Base Set Booster Box Query

I've recently purchased a base set booster box off eBay. It is still in the WoTC wrapping and in great condition and shows no signs of being previously opened.

However, there seems to be an odd number of packs in the box as there is a loose one at the top moving about when I move the box.

I'm starting to question the legitimacy of this box and obviously it should have an even amount of packs. I've tried to jiggle the pack back into place but it just moves from side to side. Has anyone else encountered something similar to this? Can the WoTC wrapping even be faked?

The box and wrapping looks legit from the images you have provided. In my experience of handling quantities of base set boxes I have encountered and thought the same thing. I sold packs individually in the past so I was able to count all 36 of them. They were just packed unevenly. Nothing to worry about.
Just curious, how much did the box sell for?
