*The 2 prize EX rule applies to all of these*
Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee are just beefed up versions of their base set counterparts. Landorus has set the standard big one energy attacks. These only hit one, but for 10 more damage and on pokemon with only one retreat (skyarrow is your friend).
Lapras is comparable to Keldeo. The attack isn't as strong, but it's cheaper and is on a pokemon with 10 more HP. The ability just seems like something that Lapras would be able to do.
Snorlax is basically a tank. I debated over some numbers and energy costs. I also considered putting a drawback where he couldn't attack next turn, but thought it would be too much. In the end, I wanted a self healing basic with 200HP and what could fill that role better than Snorlax?
As for ditto, it was one of my favorite cards from the first few sets. It could give you an attacker out of nowhere, but could also be KOed so easily. As an EX, it's even riskier to play, but with all the energy acceleration of the format, it can easily copy any attack. I just gave it a little more HP (but still low enough to be played in a level ball toolbox deck).
I don't know if these cards would be good or bad for the current metagame (particularly ditto, Hitmonlee, and Hitmonchan), but if they wanted to revive base set pokemon for the current format, I think they would be something like these.
