First off, there is no Pokemon named Machamion (maybe you're thinking of Machamp?). Secoond there were no reverse holo cards in Base Set. Sounds like you have a fake card, or you're just confused on how to describe what you have.

If you're just confused, then you're probably thinking of the 1st edition Machamp which came in the two player starter set (they were all first edition). Those are very common and not worth anything really, no demand. Especially if yours has a damaged corner. Only a little kid that collects cards may want it, but not really anything valuable here.
