Hmmm...Catty ex>Heracross d? Nah...

If you're playing this deck right, then not only is Scott not needed at all, but you definitely don't need 4.

The problem with Scott now is it's almost always followed up by your opponent playing either Copycat for more cards or, even worse for you, Team Galactic's Wager which wastes your whole use of Scott.

I think catty should be takin out, and play cheap version. 4-4 blissy 4 cesation crystal 1-2 ludvisc. pwns

I think i'm gonna go with 0 or 1 Happiny in my Bliss deck.
You don't use the power that often, if you use it at all.
And the deck needs 18-20 Energies. I play 20, but _might_ take out two.

Anyways, this is sadly a very bad list. 4 Scott? That's just :nonono:
2 (TWO) Draw cards? :nonono:
Castaway, but no tools?????? :nonono: :nonono: :nonono:
Heracross????? :nonono:
4 (FOUR!) Night Maintenance????????? You only need one.
NO DELCATTY EX???????????????????????????

3 Celio's should be enough with the draw fom Delcatty.
You also might consider playin 3-3-1 Delcatty/ex, to make 1 more space. Skitty starts are bad, and you really only need 1 Delcatty in play IMO.
It needs some adustments on the energies too.

Holon FF + Fire = What Weakness?
It just takes some time until you have that Energy attached to your Blissey. Your opponent's Lucario will most likely be faster and hit you 1-2 times with weakness.

Scott terrible? Oh God... you are right... getting a Mentor, Tv Reporter and Celios is too bad...
Scott is slow... if you want to use it, maybe play Drake's Stadium or something.

If you play Holon WP, add 1 oder 2 Water Energy to beat Dusknoir (one Pokémon you have to watch out for cause of its resistance) and any Special Condition decks.

Your Castaways don't have any tools to search for, and your Scotts don't have any stadiums to search for. Oh and Scramble doesn't help Blissey very much. If you're behind in prizes with a Blissey deck, that's a sign that your deck isn't working very well.

I too hate Scramble Energy. But it would be OK in this deck since it can still use it while it provides :colorless

I think Heal Energy would be nice in here.
