What's with the Igglybuffs? For anti-Powers, I would prefer Magby, personally. And what do you mean by "Healing Berry?" I don't know of such a card. Anyway, drop the Recycles for more Fan Clubs and NGRs. I also think you could use one more Rainbow and two more DCEs -- I know low Energy is the norm, but this seems slightly ridiculous. I usually play with 14-15, myself.
