I like the dual type idea, and your cards look pretty good, just one slight adjustment is needed; Swampert needs a poke-power, body or another attack. The attack is nice but 60 damage for three energy isn't exactly very good.

Your opponent can search his discard pile for 4 basic energy cards and show it to you. You choose to search and show 3 basic energy cards. Therefore, the damage is 140; 7 x 20 = 140. Both players shuffled those basic energy cards back into their deck. Please note sw golem is the only golem we have that is legal.
The attacks look cheap but golem sw attacks, on the other hand, are pretty horrible.

Originally I had energy cards instead of basic energy cards, but then I realize there was upper energy card in bet series. Having the option to shuffle that back in is pretty cheap even if both players can do it. Although upper energy card will not help golem lvx. Golem lvx is easily counter by grass decks and dialga g lvx.

Note on Golem lvx: it is really hard to get 2 golem lvx into play considering golem has 4 retreat cost and first attack combo with the second attack. I figure I should reward a player who can manage to get both in play. It only protects your fighting pokemon.

You are aware of the size of an expansion of cards, at least 48. You will be designing a card expansion featuring at least 56 cards. You are doing this individually.

The final round is out of a whopping 480 points. You have 1 week to make 56 cards, which is about 8 cards a day. You may include whatever Pokemon you like in the set as long as they are owned by Nintendo, so no fan fakes.

At least it is some time to to some last nimute editing. I noiteced the Poliwhirl looking a little weired
