Deck Strategy

This deck is pretty straight forward in terms of getting attacks powered up. You want a Deluge Blastoise as quick as possible because that powers up Keldeo EX and Mewtwo EX. The 3 cards themselves have quite a lot of synergy, but getting them might be hard to do so just use 1 of the 4 Ultra Balls to get your pokemon.
The fact that you can search out energy almost whenever you want with your trainers, being able to attach them non-stop is great. Now attaching energy is nice and all, but what if you had most your energy attached to a pokemon and it gets knocked out? Superior Energy Retrieval will help you get them back.
All this stuff seems very resource wasteful because Ultra Ball, Computer Search, and Superior Energy Retrieval all require you to "Discard 2 cards (If you can't discard to cards, you can't play this card)". There, after all, is an answer to that. Exeggcute with the Propagation ability lets you discard him, then return him to your hand whenever you feel, which in turn is letting you only discard 1 card for these powerful trainer cards. Finally the last tech card(s) Electrode. You will burn through your hand like it wasn't even there, so having Electrode's ability [Draw cards until you have 4 in your hand] can help you keep your turn alive!

Summary of That Monstrosity You may or May Not Have Just Read :)

Get a Deluge Blastoise out as soon as possible [Turn Two], Get Keldeo (and/or) Mewtwo out to attack with, and get all of this using your trainer cards! As well as using Exeggcute's Propagation ability to make the powerful cards even more powerful! Not necessary but helpful, getting Electrode out to use it's ability!

Your feedback is nice and I would love to hear if you had success or even a better strategy for this!

Thank you all for reading this post, and I hope you found it helpful or to your use!
