Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Blissey too strong?

If the wailord has above mediocre attacks, I'll sooo use it!

Btw, maybe putting a Gallade counter IN Blissey would be a good idea? :X

wailord has nice hp, but if its attacks dont have at least one colorless symbol in it, no way im using it
gallade putting 15 damage counters on me does NOT sound like fun

I wouldnt say that attacks can vary in meaningful effects as long as you can do something t2. And seriously even with gallade in the format a non-ex 200hp stage1?

blissey
playing crystal beach
yeah, ok... =/

and in case you didnt notice (and judging from your post, you didnt), i said HAVE A WAY, NOT ALWAYS WILL
that means the blissey player needs to live in fear, wondering when and if their opponent is going to make the great comeback and beat them down

Psycho: Never said Blissey played CB. I only responded to your post about Stage 2 decks and RC coming back. I do play some CB in my kricket deck (another T2 deck, just like blissey).

As for blissey, I could see teching in a CB to prevent the scramble from giving an oppo. a way to try and come back. Once the Bliss gets rolling, it is like what a friend of mine said last weekend...it is an 18 wheeler going downhill!

I thought about putting a single CB in my Blissey, but I went with ER2 instead. Flippy but, if it works, more disruptive in most cases given Windstorm and the like.

ah, i see
my appologies for jumping down your throat like that then
but as i said, they do have the ability to come back in the game, especially if the stage two person pretends to have nothing
a candy scramble ko cant take many people by surprise, especially if the stage two player misses a few energy drops on purpose

as for cb bieng useful in blissey, i could see it
i just see speed stadium and drakes stadium bieng a shade more playable

But hey! Wailord is a stage 1 pokemon, which, most of the time will be quicker than gallade.

its funny guys
a pokemon placing 15 damage counters for 2 energy
ex or not, the look on your opponents face when you say 150 and oly have a dre will be quite priceless

and btw, wailord is never fast. ever. he always requires 3-4 energy cards to do something useful, and even then his attacks are usually sub par at best

Who would have thought they would have released a blissy with such power? Compared to the blissy's of the past. 15 is nice but you are not ALWAYS going to run into gallade

Recalls Wailord EX, or WailWall as my son called it, for his Worlds 2005 deck. With the fossil stall tactic gone, allowing the Whale to get tanked, I doubt the big guy sees much action, unless the attacks are more cheaply allocated.

We do play Drake's in our Blissey deck. I just think it would be interesting to try a CB in blissey, get a few prizes early, drop the cess., drop a CB and then Wager! The look on their face would be priceless! IF they manage to KO the active Bliss....you then have energy in the discard to retrieve for the next Bliss. This assumes you have at least one more Bliss on the bench, raring to go.

Why do I feel tension? I did read it, but you keep on emphasizing on Gallade, it would be amusing to see the 15 down, WHEN you are playing Gallade.
