For the first BR of our city i helped the staff and i see they received:

1 BOX of PK
3 Victory medal
some pokeball ball!
some deckpoxes
some pencils
some deck boxes (LM)
some handbooks
other stuff i didn't see (pop 4 i guess)

our TO is a great guy and devolved ALL of the above to the players.

I read that an other TO in italy is doing the BR WITHOUT the PK box as a prize keeping it for himself.

what is the correct procedure?

The correct procedure is to follow the instructions laid down by POP and or the LD. If it was specified that the box is prize support then it ought to be handed out. If it was provided to the TO as event support then its upto the TO.

Here in the UK the bush telegraph tells me that the only support we will get for BattleRoad is the three promos. One for each age group winner and nothing at all for the TO/staff. Not that I anticipate ever receiving official confirmation of this in the UK.

[edit: I'm being too harsh apparently we will also get a mix of POP boosters too]

Hi!

The prize support recivied from Pokemon is as listed above but without 1 box of PK. I belive that is something that the LD is providing.

Loppe is right, you get all of the 'goodies' (aka The Stuff POP Needs To Get Rid Of :p) and the 3 Promo cards. Any booster packs need to come from the LD. Obviously if the LD provides them, they should be handed out.

I think it varies from country to country if you get boosters. We don't, just like the UK.

The US support (detailed here) was the three promo cards, plus
8 boosters to each 1st place
4 boosters to each 2nd place
= 12 x 3
= one booster box

So if your LD is providing a box, they're likely following the US template. If the distribution is left to your choice, though, I think I'd go for a more shared approach, because the trophy card is such a good prize in itself.

PS I'd love some PUI deckboxes if any are spare

They're just the 'old' pre-release deckboxes from Holon Phantoms and maybe Legend Maker. If you need some of those Stef, lemme know, and I'll find you some! (have tons of spare ones from my old pre-releases XD)
