I know the question was asked, but it wasn't directly answered. I would like a confirmation. In a previous post regarding Togekiss' ability, the user stated:
"I'm pretty sure it would stop: Pokemon Catcher, Escape Rope, Crushing/Enhanced Hammer, Tool Scrapper, Hypnotoxic Laser."
