Buying packs in the PTCGO store

Last week I saw an option to buy packs for 79 cents directly in the PTCGO store. Now I can not find this option. I'm sure it was there and I even talked to someone at a TCG tournament who said he bought them on there. I am confused as to why I can longer find this option. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never seen packs sold for real money within the game, but if you were willing to spend 79 cents on a pack you would be happy to know that the codes for packs are often sold at around 30 cents each from various places online.
