    Pokemon:
    4-4 Lanturn Prime
    2 Delibird HGSS
    2-1-2 Kingdra Prime
    2-2 Bronzong SF
    2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime

    Energy:
    6 Lightning
    8 Water
    3 DCE

    Supporters/Trainers/Stadiums:
    4 Rare Candy
    2 Sunyshore City Gym
    2 Twins
    1 Luxury Ball
    3 Dual Ball
    1 Interviewer's
    4 Pokemon Collector
    2 Bebe's

Strategy: Set up lanturn while delibird is a stall/draw power. Since most of the help comes from stage 3's, i put in twins for obvious reasons. The problem is, is that i can never seem to get set up fast, but when i do get, lets say, a dual ball and pokemon collector in my first hand, im set and usually beat my opponent easily. Any suggestions on how to make this deck more consistent?

I run a similar deck myself:

    Pokemon:
    4-4 Lanturn Prime
    - 2 Delibird HGSS
    + 2 Uxie
    - 2-1-2 Kingdra Prime

    2-2 Bronzong SF
    2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime

Delibird is a waste. It's too slow, it's draw power is limited and terrible. It's a big 'Free Prize' sign. I ran it myself and switched to Uxie.

Kingdra Prime is not really that useful here, if you're fighting a Fire Deck, you'd keep Lanturn a Water type anyway.

If you have issues with Feraligatr, you might want to up it to 3-2-3.

    Energy:
    6 Lightning
    - 1 Lightning Energy
    8 Water
    - 3 DCE
    + 3 Water Energy

6 Lightning is too many, 5 is fine. DCE isn't all that great here. It's just wasting Water space. 11 W should be enough.

    Supporters/Trainers/Stadiums:
    4 Rare Candy
    2 Sunyshore City Gym
    2 Twins
    1 Luxury Ball
    - 3 Dual Ball
    1 Interviewer's
    + 1 Interviewer's
    4 Pokemon Collector
    2 Bebe's
    + 1 Bebe's
    + 1 Fisherman
    + 1 Palmer's
    + 3 Professor Oak's New Theory

Dual Ball is too flippy and you have 4 Collector. Interviewer is needed @2 here. Bebe's might be good to have at 3. Fisherman is needed to get back you energy. Palmer to get back your Pokemon. PONT will help with bad hands, which happen. A lot.

I think you should get rid of Feraligator Prime, Delibird, and Dual Balls since you got collectors and put in two Uxie and some more good supporters.
