Can I Earn Badges from Previous Seasons

ebay would be the only place im guessing you could find it. The league doesn't give the Kanto or Jhoto badges anymore. I got some though last summer because of the extras they had from the Jhoto league.
 
This topic doesn't belong in News, so I am moving it to the Leagues sub-forum in the Tournaments and OP section. I am also going to give it a better title so people will know what it's about.

ABSOLUTELY!!!

The badges and stickers are the items that can be earned from prior seasons, per the instructions included with the league materials!

Points earned during the current season 'carry back' to earlier seasons until the point that you've earned the Pokeball Badge for that season.
 
In my area there hasn't been a league after the Johto season, i've found ways to get the promo cards, but never been able to get the new badges, would there be any way for me to get them?
