Can't report for knot Island

I just tried to report for Knot Island. When I clicked the link to report, it took me to the add players screen and said 'add players before reporting.' Now that the new season has begun, are we not allowed to report the previous season or what?
 
You have to add the members that play in your area, their POP ID and birthdays with their name. THen once you have a roster of the people that play at your league, then you can submit the league report. But yeah, it might be too late for reporting.
 
I have players put in for my league, it's not a list of 0.
