It's been a long time sense I've made Pokémon cards (or played for that matter) so I haven't the foggiest what deck archetypes there are and whatnot, but here goes nothing.

Jirachi EX
Type: (M)
110 HP
Basic
Weakness: (R)x2
Resistance:
Retreat Cost: (C)
Rarity: ☆ex -or- ☆H

Picture: Jirachi is doing the "Eyelid Pull Taunt" and sticking its tongue out at the viewer, but appears to be spinning through space, glistening dust is trailing from its other hand.

Ability - Last Wish
Once during your opponent's turn, if this Pokémon would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, you may add cards from the top of your opponent's deck to his or her Prize cards until that player has 6 Prize cards. You can't use more than 1 Last Wish Ability each game.

(M)(M)(C) - Doom Wish
Discard all Energy attached to this Pokémon. Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. That Pokémon is Knocked Out at the end of your opponent's next turn.

more to follow...

Ok, the ability is pretty good, but I would change it to, If this Pokemon would be knocked out by damage from an opponent's attack you MUST add cards from your opponent's deck to their prizes until they have 6 prizes. This way people don't just get their opponents down to 1 prize and use their single Last Wish to undo the opponent's game. Also, for an EX, the hp is extremely low, most ex's are 160-180 hp, but some get as low as 120.

Bumped up the HP to match Shaymin EX. The ability wouldn't function with that wording, if it's a forced ability you can't choose to not do it if the situation arises a second time, also, even if you get them down to 1 prize, they'll only really jump up to 4 prizes, not to mention they're still drawing two cards. so, in the very best situation, it's like using Time Control a couple of times, but can only be done once.

My point was that people would find a way to abuse this and always return those 5 prizes every game, while if you make it so it only works the first time a Jirachi is KO'd it makes when you place it down much more strategic.
