CC Salamence Deck

Here is my Salamence deck that I will be playing in my city championships next weekend... any and all help is appreciated.

Pokémon (16):
4x Bagon (Risky Kick/Dragon Eye)
2x Shelgon (rare)
4x Salamence (holo)
3x Dunsparce (SS)
3x Wobbuffet (SS)

Trainers (24):
4x Professor Oak's Research
4x Moo-Moo Milk
4x Rare Candy
3x Professor Elm's Training Method
3x Weakness Guard
3x Switch
2x Lady Outing
1x Town Voulenteers

Energies (20):
8x Fire
8x Water
4x Multi

Seems to be working pretty good but it could use any help that would improve my speed with this deck. I actually think I might need a fourth PETM for that reason. It's a little heavy on the energies but I always seem to have problems with energies (and do even with those 20). This deck had some problems vs. Gardy/ex today... regular Gardy KOed Wobb in one hit... I guess it would be a lot easier if I had Salamence out too (Dragon Wind out Gardy and KO it before it kills Wobb... worry about Wobb vs. Gardy ex later). I am also considering a 4th Weakness guard... Gardy and Quaza are BIG in my area. I have yet to play against Kingdra ex or Ampharos ex with this deck but I predict that they could be problems.

2 Shelgon
4 Salamance
3 sparce
2 latias ex

1 town volunteers
4 oaks research

3 training method
3 switch

I haven't really played Slamance but this seems like it would do good against the major decks out there.

hmmm i like wobb in there it could work i would definatly trade multi for rainbow tho if you keep wobb in drop one lady outing for a fourth sparce thats my fix nice deck looks like a winner!

What about adding in some Wally's Training to help get the big dragon blowing on the second turn?
I personally use Rare Candy+Elm's Method to do that instead because it is just as effective at the start of the game and a lot more effective than Wally's Training later on when the Pokémon you want to evolve is not active. The only deck I would do that in is Kingdra EX since you want him out on turn 2 but don't want to skip the Seadra stage because of Genetic Memory.
