Delivery of codes for the Champions Festival promo and other 2013 Pokemon World Championships commemorative items has been completed. Codes were sent via email to:
* Competitors at the 2013 Pokemon World Championships
* Event staff (both solicited and promoted) at the 2013 Pokemon World Championships
* Volunteers who worked 8 or more hours at the 2013 Pokemon World Championships
