Chances of a EX?

My friend opened about 20-30 packs and got 5 EX's, I opened about 15 and got 1... what are the chances?

i think its all up to RNG. Ive opened 1 and got a Full Art. I have also opened 15 and got none

Unlike real life packs, the chances of pulling an EX on TCGO are always the same for each booster pack.

No EX guarantee in 36 packs, unlike buying a physical Box of a set, so it's technical way more difficult to pull the card you want on TCGO.
