Changes to the Tournaments and Organized Play Forum

You have probably noticed some new sub-forums here in Tournaments and Organized Play. Due to the extremely high number tournament posts lately (and it won't slow down any time soon!!!) we felt the need to get organized. We now have sub-forums for City, State and Prerelease tournaments. All other tournament related threads can go directly under the main forum as they have in the past. Please do your part to keep things orderly by putting new threads in the proper sub-forum. We will be moving existing City/State/Prerlease threads into the proper sub-forums as time allows.

That's the plan. The Premier events seem to generate enough interest to warrent a home of their own.
