You may shuffle your hand into your deck, and then draw the same amount of cards in your opponents hand. You may use this power only twice per turn. The second time you must draw from the bottom of your deck. This power canot be used if Chatot is effected by a Special Condition.

PokePower Kaokin
As long as Chatot lvl X is in play, you may choose to discard an energy from your active pokemon, if you do the attack does 20 extra damage. (Before applying weakness/resistance) (This Power does not word if the discarded energy was an effect of the attack of the active Pokemon)

PokeBody Solar Flare

Resistance: :fighting:-30

Give the Poke-Powers names.

The second Poke-Power should be a Poke-Body.

The first power should definately be once per turn, if it wasn't it would be far too broken, plus the power ruins the basic Chatot's attack and makes it worthless. If anything, the power whould be entirely different.

Power should be once a turn for sure, but it would kinda ruin the attack. Second body is OP, for sure. They had that on an EX back in the day, shouldnt be on a Basic LvX.

Give it an attack, like Exploud from one of those decks. 4 attacks never hurt, but keep the power and body. AND GIVE THEM NAMES!

^ ever heard of Snorlax delta and PorygonZ LV.X and a certain Cleffa, and an old Elekid? It can have two Poke-Powers/Bodies and no attacks
