Interesting cards. I find it strange that a Stage 2 would have 2 direct damage attacks and nothing else. It also seems wierd to me that Chikorita has a 0 Retreat Cost -- I think it should be 1. Speaking of which, Vine Whip is slightly underpowered, and Solarbeam slightly overpowered (10 points each), based on costs vs. damage. Why not make it interesting? Instead of simply changing the damage amounts (boring), give Meganium's Vine Whip a positive effect (not too strong, but noticeable, like 10 damage to 1 Benched Pokemon), and its Solarbeam a negative effect (like 10 self damage).

Two grass that can find a stage two that does 70 damage is overpowered. Big time. how about adding another (G) to the cost.
