Here is my decklist for coming up cities I have on December 20, 2015. Please comment on how I could improve this Expanded format deck as the cities is to be expanded.

The City Championships forum is NOT the forum to get deck help. It is for "Info and Discussion about City Championships". Deck help can be received in the Deck Help and Strategy forum. On the main page, forum descriptions appear under the forum name so please check them before posting. I'll move your post to the correct forum but i'll ask you to edit your post and put in a strategy so that we know what your deck is about.
 
By comment I mean suggest cards or strategies that could make it better. My strategy will be to attack fast and have multiple ways to do so with much energy to power up fast. I also want to be able to recycle cards from my discard.
 
It's a nice deck but i think that you should use sycamore to get a new fresh hand. In my opinion

-3 Fighting energy
+3 Professor Sycamore
