== DAMAGE BIND (Ampharos - PL:platinum)

Q. Say Ampharos with the "Damage Bind" Poke-BODY is in play on the opponent's side and a stadium such "Galactic HQ" or "Miasma Valley" is in play. If I evolve a Pokemon with a Poke-POWER or put a Basic Pokemon with a Poke-POWER from my hand onto the bench, would I be able to use that Poke-POWER before the damage counters from the stadium are placed?
A. No, you could not. Before declaring the Poke-POWER, the damage counters from the stadium are placed. The Pokemon then becomes affected by Ampharos' "Damage Bind" Poke-BODY and therefore cannot use its Poke-POWER. (Apr 9, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== IRON SHELL (Forretress - Legends Awakened)

Q. If I use Blastoise's "Waterlog" Poke-POWER to attach a bunch of Basic Water energies onto a Forretress with the "Iron Shell" Poke-BODY, can I attach an energy, then flip for "Iron Shell", then attach another energy, then flip again, etc.?
A. No, when using Waterlog you attach all the energies first, and then after that you perform the Iron Shell flips for each of the energies that got attached to Forretress. (Apr 14, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== IRON SKULL (Rampardos - PL:platinum)

Q. If I use Rampardos' "Head Smash" attack with only one energy attached against Dusknoir who used its "Night Spin" attack on the previous turn, would Rampardos' "Iron Skull" Poke-BODY allow me to ignore the "Night Spin" effect that prevents all effects of attacks from Pokemon with 2 or less energy attached?
A. The Iron Skull Poke-BODY says its attack's damage is not affected by "any other effects on the Defending Pokemon", so yes it would ignore the Night Spin effect residing on Dusknoir. (Apr 9, 2009 PUI Rules Team)

== WATERLOG (Blastoise - Secret Wonders)

Q. If I use Blastoise's "Waterlog" Poke-POWER to attach a bunch of Basic Water energies onto a Forretress with the "Iron Shell" Poke-BODY, can I attach an energy, then flip for "Iron Shell", then attach another energy, then flip again, etc.?
