== DELTA REACTOR (Gyarados - EX:Holon Phantoms)

Q. If I have 4 Gyarados with "Delta Reactor" on the bench, and a Holon Ruins stadium in play, does Exeggutor's "Split Bomb" do 70 to two Pokemon?
A. No. Although "Delta Reactor" can be cumulative (i.e. 4 Gyarados adds +40 damage), the effect of the extra damage can only be done to the Defending Pokemon. Delta Reactor has no effect when it comes to bench damage. So in this case, Split Bomb could do either 70 to the Defending Pokemon and 30 to one benched Pokemon, or 30 each to two benched Pokemon. POKEMON ATTACKS
----------------------------------------------------------------------

== CRYSTAL LASER (Deoxys - EX:Holon Phantoms)

[CHRISBO NOTE: This one was part of the June 22, 2006 splicings, but somehow got missed along the way...]
Q. Say you use Deoxys' "Crystal Laser" attack, and then use "Form Change" for a different Deoxys on the next turn. Would the new Deoxys' attack still add the +40 damage from the previous "Crystal Laser"?
A. Form Change dictates that effects on Deoxys transfer to the new Deoxys, so the added damage will apply to the new Deoxys' attack. (EX:Holon Phantoms FAQ; Jun 22, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

Q. For Deoxys' "Crystal Laser" attack that says, "during your next turn, Deoxys's attacks do 40 more damage to the Defending Pokemon", does that effect reside on Deoxys or on the Defending Pokemon? For example, what happens if I bench one or the other?
A. Crystal Laser's effect resides on Deoxys, so if the Defending Pokemon is benched, evolved, etc. the effect remains; but if Deoxys is benched the effect goes away. And keep in mind that if Deoxys' attack does any damage to the bench, you do NOT get to add +40 more to the bench damage. (Aug 3, 2006 PUI Rules Team)

== FLICK POISON (Roselia - EX:Legend Maker)

Q. What happens if I try to use Roselia's "Flick Poison", but the opponent has no benched Pokemon? Is the Defending Pokemon poisoned or not?
A. The text of the attack says, "the *NEW* Defending Pokemon is poisoned". So since there is no *NEW* Defending Pokemon without switching one up from the bench, Flick Poison does nothing to the Defending Pokemon if it cannot be switched out. (Aug 3, 2006 PUI Rules Team)
