Hightlights:
  • The ruling for Shadowy Move has been corrected. It is not impacted by Safeguard.
  • Mew Ex can't access attacks given to other Pokemon by Trainers (such as TMs or Stadiums)
  • "Burning" a TM is legal!

Q. What are the rules for using Banette-EX's "Shadowy Move" Poke-POWER?
A. You can move 1 damage counter from any Pokemon in play to another Pokemon in

Q. What are the rules for using Banette-EX's "Shadowy Move" Poke-POWER?
A. You can move 1 damage counter from any Pokemon in play to another
Pokemon in play; it can be different players' Pokemon or it can be the same
player's Pokemon (either you or your opponent). The only restriction is that
you cannot move a damage counter to/from a Pokemon that has protection from
Pokemon-EX's (i.e. "Safeguard" Poke-BODY, etc.). (EX:Legend Maker FAQ; Feb 16,

Q. If Meteor Falls is in play, can Mew-EX use its "Versatile" Poke-BODY to copy
any pre-evolution attack? Or can it copy attacks from attached Technical Machine
trainers?
A. No. Mew-EX can only copy attacks from the Pokemon that are in play. It cannot
copy attacks granted by other cards, such as Technical Machines or Stadium
