BW-on Competitive Deck, Leafeon/Ampharos. Help Wanted!

I really want some feedback on this deck and advice on how to tweak it to make it better. I wanna compete in the upcoming battle roads and I feel this deck has potential in it but i just need some help to work out the kinks so opinions and advice are greatly appreciated! ^^

the deck i have compiled now is 18 pokemon, 13 supporters, 17 items, and 12 energies

3-1-3 ampharos
4 eevee
3 plasma leafeon
2 plasma umbreon
2 keldeo ex

4 cheren
2 bianca
3 colress
2 juniper
2 skyla

4 catcher
3 float stone
3 rare candies
2 energy retrievals
2 ultra balls
2 plasma badges
1 computer search

6 lightning engery
3 double colorless energy
3 blend energy

Deck strategy is to get ampharos out as fast as possible to make use of its ability and then follow up with plasma leafeon to use the energy for its first attack to finish the job. keldeo is there for switch support and on rare occassions an attacker when my back is to the wall. umbreon is purely support for its ability but can fight if need be.

So do you guys think this deck could work competitively? what things could i do to improve it if its not?

No it can't.. with the Big Basic format stage 1 and stages 2 (Except Blastoise and KlingKlang)
Landorus KO your Mareeps before you can get the Amps out
Landorus also gets your Eevees hit 60 to your eevee as well

what things could i do to improve it if its not?

If I wanted to win I would try a different deck the format is just too EX heavy

There are so many ways to attach energy not from your hand in this format that Ampharos only looks possible against Blastoise.

Ampharos only works while active so if it gets bumped back to the bench, the ability doesn't apply. There are just too many ways to get out of the Ability. Frozen City would be a more efficient way to accomplish this goal.

Which Blend energy are you using? Your types are split on both sides.

I don't like the i/s/s lines. No N? 3 float stone seems like too many. You can Skyla or Computer Search for one so it isn't like you have no way to find one. You need more Ultra Balls or compensate with Level Ball to find the lower evolutions of Ampharos and Eevee.

Thanks for the feedback! Im always looking for some help and love coming up with strange card combos haha. i had a feeling this deck wouldn't be competitive material but thats what this thread is for right? helping and opinions of a deck ^^

My main problem is i'm playing on a budget so making a deck like that iis tough so i'm just using anything i have access to currently.
