Competitive Therians

I want to use the Therian Kami Trio in the PWT. I have an idea of what Items I'm gonna use but I'd like to know some good movesets for each Therian. Moves like Hurricane and Thunderbolt are kind of obvious so some specifics would really help.

Thank you in advance.

Dark Pulse on the Thunderus is apparently good... I have not tried it yet but that is what I have been told...

Thundurus is a good Scarfer with nice immunities to Electric and Ground. He combos well with rain teams, obviously, thanks to his access to an immensely powerful Thunder, the ability to switch in on moves Water-types don't like, and his resistance to Grass (another problematic type for rain teams). His moveset is very limited however... you'll have to be worried about coverage since all he really has for options are Volt Switch, Thunder, Focus Blast, and Hidden Power (iirc).

Tornadus is awesome in singles, but I dunno what format the PWT is (for some reason I can't remember) and he probably lost some luster compared to his Incarnate form in doubles. He loses Prankster, but instead it gains the absurd Regenerator ability, as well as a strong U-turn, access to STAB Acrobatics and Hurricane (as always), and decent coverage with Focus Blast or Superpower. He also gets Heat Wave (I think) and Hidden Power.

Landorus has good defensive typing along with fairly good defenses and the impressive Intimidate ability, so defensive builds are actually fairly common. He also obviously has that insane Attack stat and great STAB Earthquake + Stone Edge + U-Turn to abuse if that's your cup of tea. Personally, I prefer a defensive set with Stealth Rock, Earthquake, U-Turn, and Stone Edge; solid offensive presence, a great support move in Stealth Rock, and pivoting with U-Turn. Of course in doubles SR isn't nearly as attractive - again, can't remember the PWT format - in which case a set like EQ/Rock Slide/???/Explosion might be appealing.

Kay so after checking some other forum sites (some rather questionable), I'm going to try my luck with the following sets:

Tornadus -T

Item: Eject Button
Moves:
Hurricane
Focus Blast
Taunt
Rain Dance

Thundurus -T

Item: Magnet
Moves:
Thunder
Volt Switch
Focus Blast
Protect

Landorus -T

Item: Scope Lens
Moves:
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Hammer Arm
U-turn

Rest assured they're not all gonna be on the same team. Just the sets I plan to give them. More than likely Tornadus and Thundurus will be on Rain teams. Landorus -T doesn't have Sand Force, it'll probably be on a heavy hitting team.

...really?

I feel like all of those items are so questionable. Tornadus-T is too frail to do anything valuable with Eject Button, and benefits so much from Life Orb. Thundurus... magnet? Really? Not an Electric Gem, not a Life Orb, but magnet? And Landorus with Scope Lens? Again, so many better item options - Life Orb, Leftovers, a boosting Gem, or a choice item.

Your sets look fine, but the items... you'd really have to sell me on them, personally!

(Edit: Personally disagree with Taunt/Rain Dance on Tornadus-T. He doesn't get Prankster anymore, if I recall right, so even though his natural speed is quite high he's beaten/taunted by Whimsicott, Sableye, and Tornadus-I.)

Yeah my Item collection isn't the greatest. Like I said, I'm testing. Do you have like a power comparison between Items? Like does one do more than another cuz I never notice the difference. I'm trying to get a Life Orb right now but I'm not sold on it.

Eject Button is supposed to pair with Tornadus -T's Ability, Regenerator, that heals when you switch out.
Magnet is self explanatory... not the best option but temporary.
Scope Lens is... well, even I'm not sure. Maybe a Bug Gem or Insect Plate to power up U-turn instead :/

Magnet and similar "gives a boost to x type moves" items give a 10% boost. Life Orb gives a 30% boost. Specs, Scarf and Band actually increase your stat by 50%. The difference in power is staggering.

I feel like Tornadus-T is too frail to abuse Regenerator in doubles except to switch into weak resisted moves, which... doesn't really happen. But it's great in a Singles format with lots of entry hazards and with Life Orb recoil.

I'd rather power up Earthquake than U-Turn but I can see the reason for Bug Gem. So that's cool.
