well u know cradily's 1st attack right? switching there and here,may i know how the steps have to been done? (eg: who switch the defending pokemon and so on..)

Huh? Are you talking about Sandstorm Cradily's "Lure Poison" attack? If so, then it's really simple. First, you have the choice on whether to gust up one of the opponent's benched Pokemon. Then, regardless of whether you gusted or not, the Defending Pokemon is now poisoned.
