I finally got this finished after 6 days in Microsoft Word(a pain in the butt) but here it is:

Set Information:
738 cards
Neo Format
1 rare in every pack
3 uncommons in every pack
9 commons in every pack
Energy are distibuted randomly in packs(They are considered a common)
1 holo-rare in about 3 packs(takes the place of the rare)

Here are the rules:

1. All cards entered here are available for debate.
2. I must approve a card before it will be confirmed(I'll try not too be to strict)
3. If you do a card with Babys/Evolutions you must do the whole line.
4. No prefixes/suffixes allowed
5. All cards have a type next to the Name, the card must have that type(please list the cards type)
6. Please say what rarity of a card you are doing so I can mark cards as "Done"
7. Please list rarity, type, a picture discription(even for Trianers) and all other main areas of card creating
8. The rarity is the rarity of the card on this list:

Set Total:738!

For Trainers I have introduced some new rules:

HM's: Hidden Machines stay on Pokemon all the time. They don't have the one time use affect like TM's do.

Cubes: Cubes have an affect like TM's. They are one time use so you discard them after using them. A cube makes you flip 2 coins. If both are heads there is a good affect. If one is heads there is a okay affect. And if all are tails the attack does nothing or a bad affect.

There are some reprints(as this is a stand alone set)and they will be marked as done from the start. If you want to known the text one please ask.

Also, there is a new Unown rule:You can only have four in play, and only four of one letter in your deck.

If any one has any sugjestions for a name for the set please tell me.

If there are any errors, please tell me.

And finally here is Kyoge's winner Tropius:

Tropius
Pokémon Card
Type: {G}
90 HP
Basic Pokémon
Weakness: {R}
Resistance: {W} -30
Retreat cost: {C}{C}{C}

Poké-Power: Healing Fruit
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may flip a coin, if heads remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon that has any. This power can't be used if Tropius is affected by a Special Condition.

{G}{G}{C}{C} Leaf Blade 40+
Flip a coin, if heads this attack does 40 damage plus 20 more damage. If tails this attack does 40 damage and the defending Pokémon is now Poisoned.

Pic:
Tropius is leaning over to take a drink from a near by stream as we see some Bellossom and Vileplume playing in the background on a clear sunny day. Trees hang over the river's edge and provide shade for Tropius.

Rarity: Rare-Holo

Have Fun!

Absol {D} 70HP
{Poke-Power} Disasterous Nature
Whenever Absol attacks, place a Disaster Token on it (after doing damage)
{DCC} Chaos Claw 10+
Does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Disaster Token on Absol.
{DDD} Disaster Strike 20+
Remove all Disaster Tokens from Absol. This attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage for each Disaster token on Absol.
Weakness-Fighting
Resistance-Psychic
Retreat Cost-2 Colorless
Pic:Absol is standing on a rock and in the distance you see a tornado destroying the landscape about 200 meters behind Absol. It is a dark night.
Rarity:Rare-HOLO

Good, it is now approved. However Disaster Strike should do damage equal to the amount of disaster counters on it before it attacked, otherwise. I like it a lot. Very creative!

Squitle007, I like your cards, however, please put in picture discriptions for squirtle(the second one), Both wartortles, and both blatoises. I you don't do that in 2 days, I,m afraid I will have to unapprove them.(Exept the Squirtle)

As for Seacrobat, This is a set I made up. There are 52 TMs inteed of 50, so I purposly Jumbled up the HMs(I pulled out of a hat) And the TMs were based on attacks that I like. So there you have it.

HM 6 (Fly)
Technical Machine

Pic: Against a white background, we see a Pidgey flying upwards and to the right. There are motion lines behind it.

Attach HM 6 to one of your Pokemon with Resistance to (F). For its attack, that Pokemon may use this attack:

(C)(C)(C) Fly 30
Flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to this Pokemon during your opponent's next turn. If tails, this attack does nothing (not even damage).

Pokemon Egg
Trainer card
30 HP

Pic: We see what almost looks like a large easter egg in a basket. There is a hand holding the basket, but we can't see who it belongs to. Green background.

Put Pokemon Egg on your Bench. While in play, Pokemon Egg counts as a (C) Pokemon. Pokemon Egg has no attacks, can't Retreat, and can't be affected by a Special Condition. At any time during your turn, you may discard Pokemon Egg. If Pokemon Egg is Knocked Out, it does not count as a Knocked Out Pokemon (discard it anyway). After each player's turn, flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a Basic or Baby Pokemon card and attach it to Pokemon Egg (this counts as evolving Pokemon Egg).
