I think 3 mewtwo Ex is too much, for a lot of decks uses 1 or 2 mewtwo Ex as counter, 3 or 4 tornadus are necessaries, mewtwo ex is for the precised moment or decks without mewtwo.

thats true but this deck can swarm mewtwos much easier than other decks. basically if you were to go up against eel/zekrom/w mewtwo tech. if you turn 1 xball youll pretty much take the prize lead and then as youre killing their mewtwos just setup more mewtwos on the bench and youve pretty much won. 3 mewtwos is actually something this deck can live with unless youre going up against durant thats a different story.
I also put in 2 tornadus for different decks and such.

Tornadus is the main attacker in a 55 a 70% of the game, late game you can build up one mewtwo or two, but in the mid game Tornadus is very cheap and great attacker, for this reason mewtwo is for the mid-late game and if you put in your bench in T2 or T3 is very dangerous, i still thinking that 3 or 4 Tornadus are necessaries because you can win a lot of games only with Tornadus (no Vs Zekrom/eels, for weakness obviously)

UPDATE: I take out the Eviolite x2 for 1 more pokegear3.0 and 1x shaymin Ex!

Consider NV Virizion. A lot of people have been teching in 1 of them.

-Not a horrible starter
-Not weak to Thundurus, or Eels
-Can Provide Draw Power in a clutch
-Free Retreat with Sky Arrow

The only time you should use Victini 15 or Terrakion is if your meta is absolutely flooded with Durant or Eels respectively. Otherwise it kills the consistency and the point of the deck.
