Does Ting Lu's Cursed Land still effect Knock Out Abilities (Radiant Jirachi-Entrusted Wishes, Glimmora-Shattered Crystals, Hariyama-Guts) as damge counter removal is a part of the knock out resolution? This is of course provided the knock out was due to damage and not an effect.
