I posted the last version of this deck at the last Pokegym before I realized it's about to not exist (the Pokegym, not the deck). LMK what you think, and any fixes you have. Individual cards explained in brackets, general strategy below.

Pokemon (15):
1 Aerodactyl (Fossil) [No Stage 1's. Sorry Slowking, Steelix, Wiggly.]
1 Cleffa (Genesis) [Usual reasons.]
1 Cleffa (Promo) [Oracle combo.]
1 Ditto (Fossil) [Copy their best, but watch out for switchouts.]
1 Mewtwo EX (EX: R&S) [High HP, high power.]
2 Murkrow (Genesis) [Snipe the bench.]
2 Sneasel (Genesis) [Power, pure and simple.]
2 Tyrogue (Discovery) [Attacking Baby.]
1 Unown A [Unown combo, described below.]
2 Unown P [Unown combo, described below.]
1 Unown X [Unown combo, described below.]

Trainers (30):
2 Computer Search [Deck searching.]
3 Focus Band [Mostly for Tyrogue and Unown A/P.]
3 Fossil Egg [Flippy, but effective way to bring out Aerodactyl.]
3 Gold Berry [Healing, mostly for Mewtwo EX.]
2 Gust of Wind [Choose my target.]
2 Item Finder [Re-use Trainers.]
1 Juggler [Draw Power, discard for Mewtwo EX.]
2 Oracle [Deck searching, combo with Promo Cleffa.]
2 Pokemon Fan Club [Support for Sneasel, choose strategy.]
2 Power Charge [Bring back discarded Energy.]
2 Professor Oak [Draw Power.]
3 Super Energy Removal [Slow down opponents.]
2 Switch [Retreat, esp. Aerodactyl and Mewtwo EX.]
1 Town Volunteers [Anti-deck, rescue Basic Energy and Pokemon.]

Energy (15):
4 Darkness Energy [Power Sneasel and Murkrow.]
2 Double Colorless Energy [Retreats, power Ditto.]
6 Psychic Energy [Basic Energy type.]
2 Rainbow Energy [Backup for Sneasel and Murkrow, powerup Unown A.]
1 Recycle Energy [Retreats, SER, Babies, miscellaneous.]

Strategy: Get Aerodactyl out ASAP, but do not attack with it (except in emergencies against babies). Main attackers are Mewtwo EX, Sneasel, and Unown P (see next paragraph for combo). Backups are Murkrow, Ditto and Tyrogue. Use SER, Juggler, Computer Search and Item Finder to get Energy into the discard for Mewtwo EX.
I've been referring throughout this post to an Unown combo. Some of you probably already figured it out, but here it is for the rest of you. Get Unown X on the bench, Unown A on the bench with damage counters, and Unown P active with a Focus Band. Unown A can power up Hidden Power by up to 30, and X gives you an additional "flip 'til tails" for 10 per heads. If P takes a hit and Focus Band triggers, Hidden Power can go up to 40 plus flips plus (damage taken). Pretty impressive for a one-Energy attack.
I am a little concerned about the low HP of most of my Pokemon (4 Babies with 30 each, and 10 with 40-60 HP), but I don't think it will be too big a problem. I would probably add in one more Aerodactyl if I had it -- maybe take out the Ditto. I am also slightly worried about Pichu. I await your replies.

Actually, Perform would cause the attack to do the amount of damage done to Unown P, not just 40. It's similar to the Mirror Move/Focus Band ruling.

The 40 is from Hidden Power's original base damage plus Anger. The third term, which I edited to say "(damage taken)," is the amount of damage Unown P took. Sorry if I confused you. And yes, I know Anger doesn't always add 30 -- it's 10 per damage counter on Unown A.

Dark Unown, v2.2

Here's the newest version of the deck.

Pokemon (15):
2 Aerodactyl (Fossil) [Anti-Evolution.]
2 Cleffa (Genesis) [Draw Power.]
1 Mewtwo EX [Big hitter.]
2 Murkrow (Genesis) [Sniper.]
3 Sneasel (Genesis) [Big hitter.]
1 Tyrogue (Discovery) [Attacking Baby.]
1 Unown A [Unown combo.]
2 Unown P [Unown combo, hitter.]
1 Unown X [Unown combo.]

Trainers (30):
2 Computer Search [Deck search.]
3 Focus Band [Protection.]
3 Fossil Egg [Aerodactyl.]
3 Gold Berry [Healing.]
2 Gust of Wind [Choose targets.]
2 Item Finder [Re-use Trainers.]
2 Lass [Hand disruption, Cleffa combo.]
2 Pokemon Fan Club [Fill bench.]
2 Power Charge [Rescue Special Energy.]
2 Professor Oak [Draw Power.]
1 Resistance Gym [Anti-Resistance.]
3 Super Energy Removal [Remove Energy.]
2 Switch [Mainly Mewtwo EX.]
1 Town Volunteers [Discard rescue.]

Energy (15):
4 Darkness Energy [Sneasel, Murkrow.]
7 Psychic Energy [Basic Energy.]
4 Rainbow Energy [Backup, Unown A.]

Strategy: Like v2.1 (top post), big hitters are Mewtwo EX, Unown combo (Active P plus benched A and X), and Sneasel, with backup from Tyrogue and Murkrow. Aerodactyl to prevent Evolutions, Cleffa for drawing. I specifically use Fossil Egg for two reasons -- no Fossil to KO, and I don't need Aerodactyl in my hand to play it.

As always, I would appreciate any comments, suggestions, or fixes you can give me.

From this version, I have made the following changes:

-1 Psychic Energy
-2 Lass
+1 Resistance Gym
+2 Super Scoop Up [Get Mewtwo out of the way]

Well if you're doing a straight Sneasel/mewtwo EX...

13
3 Mewtwo-EX
3 Sneasel
2 Cleffa
2 Pichu
2 Murkrow
1 Scyther

14
4 Darkness Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
6 Psychic Energy

33
4 Item Finders
3 Professor Oak
3 Search
3 Professor Elm
3 Gust of Wind
3 Scoop Up
3 Focus band
3 Energy Charge
3 Super Energy Removals
2 Switch
2 Energy Stadium
1 Town Volenteers

I have a couple for trade... I'm looking for the holo blaze Chicken (Blaziken) lol... but you might wana PM me for that stuff...

Also.. Under the new rules, would you be able to use energy flow on mewtwo ex after it absorbs 2 darkness energies for the darknesses? If so, you may wana drop 1 or 2 cards for flows.

Consider adding an unown Q. Helps vs. Pichu, and in all other situations it essentially doubles the power of your other unowns. If the card is unfamiliar, it's pokemon power is something to the effect of a coin-flip agility which blankets over all of your unown pokemon. Worth it, in my book.

I made a few more changes since 8/19:

-2 Unown P
-1 Unown X
-1 Unown A
+1 Mewtwo (Movie Promo)
+1 Misdreavus (Revelation?)
+2 Sleep!

Since I don't have any more Mewtwo EX, I put in his "little brother." The Misdreavus and Sleep!s are a risky, but potentially powerful combo. Use Night Eyes, then Sleep! if needed to put them back to sleep, then Perish Song. Misdreavus is also immune to Tyrogue. Only problem is, if the combo doesn't work (and sometimes if it does), I leave myself wide open for a counterattack. Now, Aerodactyl is my only Pokemon with a Power, so Pichu won't be a big problem. Of course, now that I only have 12 Pokemon, 2 of which are Evolution cards, I'm a little more likely to Mulligan, but those are the breaks.

Get rid of all the murkrow!!! put 1 more psychic and double collerless energys

No offense, lugia, but that's not a very good idea. First off, Murkrow is more powerful than it seems. Second, the current version of this deck (the decklist isn't exactly posted, but it's the second decklist I posted with the changes I posted in two posts afterwards with plus and minus signs) is already down to 12 Pokemon -- I can't afford to drop anymore. Third, this deck does not need any more Energy -- I never have trouble with Energy shortages as is, and more Energy means I'm more likely to draw an Energy I don't need than a Pokemon or Trainer that I do.

After having made more changes to this deck, I figure it's time to post a new decklist. Here it is. Note that I have not actually had the chance to playtest since the last time I posted a decklist.

Dark Mewtwo (a.k.a Dark Unown v3.0)

Pokemon (13):
2 Aerodactyl (Fossil) [Basics only. Do not attack.]
1 Cleffa (Genesis) [Hand-changing.]
1 Mewtwo (Movie Promo) [Mewtwo EX's "little brother."]
1 Mewtwo EX [Big hitter.]
2 Murkrow (Genesis) [Bench sniper, backup hitter.]
1 Rocket's Mewtwo (Gym Challenge) [Juxtapose.]
3 Sneasel (Genesis) [Big hitter.]
2 Tyrogue (Discovery) [Backup hitter.]

Trainers (33):
2 Computer Search [Miscellaneous deck-searching.]
3 Focus Band [Protection.]
3 Fossil Egg [Bring out Aerodactyl.]
3 Gold Berry [Healing, esp. for Mewtwo EX.]
2 Gust of Wind [Usual reasons.]
2 Item Finder [Re-use Trainers.]
2 Mr. Fuji [Anti-deck, semi-healing, free bench space.]
2 Pokemon Fan Club [Pull Pokemon out of the deck.]
2 Power Charge [Discard rescue for Energy, anti-deck.]
2 Professor Oak [Card drawing.]
2 Resistance Gym [Combat Psychic Resistance.]
3 Super Energy Removal [Energy to Absorb, remove opponent's Energy.]
2 Super Scoop Up [Switch attackers, semi-healing.]
2 Switch [Switch attackers.]
1 Town Volunteers [Discard rescue.]

Energy (14):
4 Darkness Energy
6 Psychic Energy
4 Rainbow Energy

Strategy: This is a Basics-only deck. By that, I mean my Pokemon (other than Aerodactyl) are all Basic (or Baby) Pokemon, and I use Aerodactyl, pulled usually from the deck by Fossil Egg, to keep my opponent from playing Evolutions. Meanwhile, I use various Mewtwos and Sneasel to power through my opponent's Pokemon, or Murkrow for a more subtle approach. Rocket's Mewtwo is a little bit of a trick -- my opponent will expect me to try to use Psyburn, when in all likelihood I'll actually Band it and use it for Juxtapose.

Made one change today:

-1 Rocket's Mewtwo
+1 Mew (Promo #8)

I realized that Rocket's Mewtwo is probably pretty unreliable, so I added in a Mew instead. If my opponent pulls off any Evolutions before I get Aerodactyl out, Mew can dismantle them with Devolution Beam.

1 more change:

-1 Psychic Energy
+1 Computer Search

Never hurts to beef up your deck-searching, right?
