Good Morning Poke-Pals,
even before FL Regionals I was bouncing around the idea of building an Empoleon deck for Expanded tournaments. I just wanted to get some thoughts on this deck list I constructed. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Note: I've only been playing competitively over last 6-8 months so I am still very new to the scene.
