I don't think it should have to be 2 Holon Energy

Infernape doesn't deserve to use Shockwave counters.

Why does Infernape get dual-type while Torterra doesn't?

Personally, I dislike your specifications about Torterra and Empoleon.

Also, Torterra cancels effects on ALL d Pokémon? Even the opponent's?

Charizard ex is so underpowered, it's not even funny. But then its last attack is BROKEN.

Charizard ex should ko himself with that last attack and make the first attack like this:

    RR

does 20 damage to each pokemon on your opponents bench.

^Yes, but then the last attack isn't as broken:
It says damage counters UNTIL they are on 40 hp each.

IMO Charizard should be like this:

    130HP

    [Flare Twister]

Once during your turn, before your attack you may discard as many cards from your hand as you like. Search your discard pile for that many energy cards and attach them to your pokemon in any way that you like. This power cannot be used when Charizard is affected by a special condition.

CC (Shed Slash) 40 dmg Charizard is no longer affected by special conditions.

RRR (Flame Wave) 40 dmg to each of your opponents benched. 10 dmg on all of your benched pokes.

RRRRR (Blast Burn) Discard all energy cards attached to Charizard. The defending poke is now knocked out.
Put damage counters on all of your opponents benched pokemon until they have 40 HP left each. This attack does 20 dmg to Charizard.

i dunno, that's why i made it quite underpowered, and why you have to put AT LEAST 6 damage counters on Charizard ex if you use it's power and get all the energy for it's last attack, and it's an ex so Scrambles, DREs, etc. don't work on it. IDK, IMO, i doesn't seem that bad. More d's and ex's coming soon

    Alright, more cards.

    Primeape d HP 90 D
    Stage 1-Evolves from Mankey

    Poke-Body:Black Fury
For each D energy attached to Primeape, it's attack do an Additional 10 damage. If Primape has any energy attached to it other than D energy, each time you attack, flip a coin. If tails, the attack fails and Primeape is now confused.

    D-Beat Down 60
Primeape deals damage to its self equal to the amount of damage done to the defending pokemon

    CCC-Continuous Punches 40x
Flip a coin until you get tails, this attack does 40 damage times the number of heads. If the first coin is tails, Primeape does 10 damage to its self

    W-P+20
    R-
    RC:1

    And

    Lucario ex HP 110 F
    Stage 1-Evolves from Riolu

    [Ex Rule]

    C-Reversal 10x
This attack does 10 damage times the number of damage counters on Lucario ex

    FMC-Offensive-Defensive Maneuver 70
Flip a coin. If heads, this attacks base damage 30 instead of 70 and prevent all effects of attacks, including damage, done to Lucario ex during your opponent's next turn. If tails, any damage done to Lucario ex by your opponent's pokemon is reduced by 20.
