Delta Supply and Attach-From-Hand Powers

This was a theoretical that came up during random banter after our last CC. It involves Delta Supply:

Delta Supply
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may attach a basic Energy card or a Delta Species Rainbow Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokemon that has Delta Species on its card.

Does something like Delta Supply still trigger a Power/Body that triggers when you attach an energy from your hand?

For example, Magmortar SW's Flame Body (assuming that something like Holon Veil is in effect that made him a valid target for Delta Supply):

Flame Body
When you attach a :fire: Energy card from your hand to Magmortar, remove 2 damage counters from Magmortar.

Or, on the negative side of things, Electivire LvX's Shocking Tail:

Shocking Tail
As long as Electivire is your Active Pokemon, whenever your opponent attaches an Energy card from his or her hand to 1 of his or her Pokemon, put 2 damage counters on that Pokemon.

The Poke-Bodies don't care why the energy is coming from your hand (Power or your one attach per turn), just that it is, right?
