I've always thought that if it is a :ppowr:, then it is completely optional, and if it it a :pbody:, it is always in effect (with the exception of Space Center, C Crystal, etc.). Is this 100% correct?

    :pbody:
A Poké-Body is an effect on a Pokémon that is always active, as soon as that Pokémon is in play. The effect of that Poké-Body lasts until the Pokémon leaves play.

    :ppowr:
Poké-Powers are usually once-per-turn powers on Active and Benched Pokémon, that you must choose to use. If that Pokémon is effected by a Special Condition, you can't use its Poké-Power until you remove that Special Condition.

    This is pretty much correct.

    Not exactly.
Powers can be once per turn, once per game, or as often as you want.
What is important is that they are optional and can be used either at will or may be triggered by something happening.

Also, not all Powers are turned off by Special Conditions!
Some, like Baby Evolution are NOT turned off by them.
Every Power will say in it's text if Special Conditions turn them off.
