1. Ditto (LA) facing Gyarados (SF) = Ditto has 130 HP
2. Ditto (LA) facing Gyarados (SF) with expert belt = Ditto has 150 HP
3. Ditto (LA) with expert belt facing Gyarados (SF) = Ditto has 150 HP
4. Ditto (LA) with expert belt facing Gyarados (SF) with an expert belt = Ditto has 170 HP
5. Ditto (LA) with expert belt facing Gyarados (SF) with Snowpoint in play = Ditto has 170 HP
6. Ditto (LA) with expert belt facing Gyarados (SF) with expert belt with Snowpoint in play = Ditto has 190 HP

Let's talk about the concepts involved rather than go through each example.
Ditto copies the HP printed on the opposing card. It doesn't copy effects adjusting that HP.
Then, if there are any effects on Ditto, such as expert belt, those effects are applied to raise or lower Ditto's HP further.
