Does this GG deck work?

Consistency. It's quite easy to get the Basics onto your Bench with the right Trainer support. It's quite another thing to try and get them evolved.

Aaaaaaah, so that is the reason. It does have a good point. But if I can only add 1 of the 2 evo's...which should I take?
Gardevoir?

depends on what kind of GG you want to make if you want PLOX then another gardy if you want an original GG then gallade and gallade is easier to get cuz it's in POP7
also another reason is because some of them may be prized and if you get 2 gallade/gardy prized then it will be hard to win

I have bought and traded my way to some cards last evening (I'm a European) and bought 1 Gardevoir and 1 Gallade and managed to get a Pachirisu and Claydol through trading.

As you can see in this revisited list, I have taken out the Dusk line and the 2 Multi.

Stage 1 as a starter isnt really much of a starter,Pachi is the best starter in the game now,Stantler is second,Ide play Mawile CG before I play Furret as my starter

And the effect of Snetret's attack which is the same as Pokedex DP.
Is'nt that worth something?

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

Nevermind. I got what I wanted and changed my deck accordingly with a bit of personal flavor.

I really don't understand the reason behind using Furret as the starter.

It's a Stage 1, which means that it's very difficult to get out quickly.

In order to run it properly (i.e. prevent Prizing), it takes up 7 spots in your deck.

Run properly, it leaves you with only 4 start-able Basics in a deck with 10+ total Basics.

Grope is not a good starting attack. Its scope as far as deck contents are concerned is too limited.

For all of these reasons, I prefer using a combination of Pachi (4) and Stantler (2) as my Starters. Best case scenario, I Pachi into a Stantler, and that's happened VERY often. Even in the average case, I'll start with one of those two, even in a deck with 11 total Basics. Only once in over 20 games have I started with Ralts, and my Secret TecH has never shown up in my opening hand.

That is a better explaination. Thank you.
I'll change it. But then the old question arises; What to take out?

I personally think I can take out atleast 1 Gardevoir or Gallade+ 1 Lake Boundary or Holon Circle.

Advice would be welcome.

but playing 4 Pachi 2 Stantler is kinda the same as 4-2 Furret, but I can understand since it you setup either way,but takes the same deck space.

Nope, less deck space if you want to run Furret without the risk. On top of that, it's much easier to get down, as Pachi searches for Stantler almost 100% of the time, while Grope can only get Furret something in the single digits. 4-2 Furret means that Furret gets prized too often for my liking. Also, 4-2 Pachi-Stantler gives you 6 good starters, while 4-3 Furret only gives you 4 decent starters at best.

Scoop up

OK, everyone early on in this thread was saying take out the scoop ups, but they have some good uses in this deck, I've seen it work! Firstly is a stratagy seems to be developing against G+G where you hurt their starter down to 10 or 20 hp, then push it to the bench. This prevents you from using bring down later on. You can then super scoop up and you're ready to bring down. The other use is rescuing your DRE. If a gallade is about to be KO'd, scoop it, then play the DRE onto a fresh one. The only problem is that it's flippy.

You still need multiple Night Maintenance, and you still have waaaay too many energies. You can go down to 10/11 Basic. 10 if you add in 1 Scramble. Holon Circle is not needed, plus you should leave in Dusknoir.

JMO,
Drew

How about I put in my only TSD?
I also have removed 1 Lake Boundary and 1 Psi energy and put in 2 Pachi's.
This brings the Pachi count to 3.
Now I have a Furret and Pachi line.
