Double Rainbow Energy... -_-

Yeah, another question about Double Rainbow Energy... Ok, say my opponent has a Kirlia with a Double Rainbow Energy attached and I use Omastar's Pull Down, making Kirlia go back to its basic form, Ralts. Does the Double Rainbow get discarded, or can I even use Pull Down on the Kirlia? Just wondering. ;x

Q. If I have a Double Rainbow Energy attached to my Kirlia and then it somehow gets devolved back into Ralts, do I have to discard the DRE or does it get to stay?
A. Yes, you have to discard DRE whenever the Pokemon devolves into a basic Pokemon. (May 20, 2004 PUI Rules Team)
