I've been thinking of running the DP Gengar for awhile now, i know it's not the best card, but i think it'd be a fun deck to try. I was thinking about running it with Drifblim, but i was unsure. What would you reccomend running Gengar with?

    ( Gengar hp 110
    Life Drain
    Shadow Dance )

    Gengar 4-2-4
    Claydol 2-2
    Random Card 3-3
    Starter? 3/4

I'm not really sure what to combo it with. Perhaps you can abuse Cessation Crystal/Crystal Beach? That would be interesting.

Darkrai + Haunter + Lake Boundary = OHKO Gardevoir or leave Gallade with 10HP and asleep.

I quite like Bronzong with it. Gengar can spread to 4 opponents, so Pain Amplifier can spread even further. Cursed Alloy is great too, or you can just stick cessation crystal on things. Without 6 energies, Magmortar isn't able to OHKO Bronzong either, so you can always switch to it with Shadow Dance knowing you just set up a great spread.

And best of all, you can get the effects of Cursed Alloy without being restricted to Bronzong's attacks, read the texts do you get what I mean?

Darkrai could be a tech attacker against Banette as it can OHKO Banette while not being OHKOd by Banette.

Gyarados would make a great tech attacker with scramble, easy to activate scrambles due to the slowish nature of the deck.

Well, I like Gengar a lot. Gengar's life drain might be taboo, but I have the guts to flip for it!

I had a deck Gengar with Flygon ex d early in the season. The key at that time was Phoebe's stadium and Sableye PK. Sableye took a lot of the KOs while Gengar spread damage so that Flygon could clean up. Life Drain was simply a fun extra.

To add to Magic_Umbreon's post. If you add Memory Berry that Darkrai+Hauntar thing could work even for an active Gengar....

I would consider Amphoros. He/she plays any supporter card Amps poke power will ko any successful gengar attack.

He's talking about playing Gengar DP its already going to be a bad deck.
Lets hear your suggestions r-tard, or do you just run your mouth all day and not back it up?

How about you back your idea up? Lets hear how you are going to get a Gengar/Wailord deck to run and win.

You aren't. I even said in my post you aren't going to win if you use Gengar at anything outside of a BR in Montana.
Gengar uses his attack, switches to Wailord, Wailord takes the hit, uses Holon WP and Psychic to retreat for free and do it again.
Thats how it would work. Now how about you mind your own business and quit spamming like a complete idiot?

Gengar, Mr. Mime, Unown Q, and Cresselia Lvl X. You could also replace Mr. Mime with Shuckle, but Mime keeps it all Psychic for energy purposes. Chatot is a possible starter since it also has free retreat.
