No it's not the first to hit ebay but the others never seemed to sell. I want one now that I know it is real, but I'm not blowing my money on that. Good Luck Chairman Kaga.

Pesonally ,even though I am a collector , that is a mental amount to pay for a deck box....I mean it is a deck box and it is not going to win you a tourney!:rolleyes: Cool....to me....not really.

The advertising on this one is what's causing it to sell. Think about it. The beach has it on the front page, and there's a topic here getting a lot of views. That's a lot of advertising to begin with!
 
I think I have personally seen 5 of these now. I saw 'Pop's @ the Prof. Cup last year.......didnt realize what I saw at first! :lol: I have seen the_sniper's, there is one or 2 in GA that I have seen and I may have seen the one Vince has. I believe Mike L had one too at Nats last year. Maybe I've seen more than that? Who knows?? It is a rare deckbox though. (Although I could never justify spending $250+ on a deckbox....a pool cue... thats a different story!)

I am pretty sure it was Dave not Mike. I have seen about the same amount of them. They are pretty rare since most of them, were supposely destroyed. Would be a fun way for PUI to compensate the Judges at the "higher level events". Here you are, this is a deck box that is worth 300 or so. Enjoy. However that would drive the price down of the deck box.

All right, apparently I'm going to have to dip into my Regionals trip fund. Good thing my new job comes with a pay increase.

And for the record, yes, I am quite demented. I'm pretty sure that's a requirement to be a moderator here.

Well, my current bid is my absolute maximum. If someone outbids me, they're even more insane then myself. They deserve it.
 
i have a friend who has like 3 of these deck boxes.
i didnt know they were rare until a while ago when i saw that acticle on the front page here about them.
wow, i know if i had any of these i would DEFFINITLEY put them up on Ebay, i had no idea they went for this much.

My wife would kill me for spending more than $10 on a DB. She spent more than that to get me the Leafeon / Glaceon box.

Made a heck of a deal for the EeveeLutions box.
