Here is my Dragon deck.
Since Haxorus is one of my personal favorite Pokemon, this deck features it.

Pokemon

3 Axew (Strong Bond/Dragon Claw)
3 Fraxure (Paralyzing Gaze/Dragon Claw)
3 Haxorus (Dragonaxe/Strike of the Champion)
3 Gible (Sand-Attack/Knock Away)
3 Gabite (Dragon Call/Dragonslice)
3 Garchomp (Mach Cut/Dragonblade)
3 Swablu (Sing/Peck)
3 Altaria (Fight Song/Glide)

Trainers

1 Cilan
3 Professor Juniper
3 N
3 Bianca
3 Colress
3 Level Ball
3 Ultra Ball

Energy

7 Fighting
7 Metal
3 Blend Energy WLFS

Strategy: Get out either Haxorus (with lots of Metal) or Garchomp.
Preferably with at least one Altaria on the bench.
See EX Pokemon & Team Plasma Pokemon get KOed like crazy.
I played a similar deck online & it did about 300 damage easily with Haxorus.

Feel free to suggest stuff.

I haven't really played this deck recently at league, but I might pull it out soon.
Once it gets going it's pretty hard to stop it.
Even if Altaria gets KOed (which with Catcher being less used now probably won't happen as often).

Well in my area, Plasma Pokemon aren't as popular as they once were.

Also how is doing up to 300 damage with one attack not useful?

using 7/8 turns? yeah not useful. I see no metal acceleration.
Haxorus is only good against PLASMA pokemon, so if they're arent around you then drop him.
It's not efficient. 2 energys not too bad with acceleration, but 7? NO!
ChompTaria is a good deck though.

Yes I know GarTaria is good, but it's not my idea.
This is a variation on that deck.

It works pretty well the way it is.
Most players don't seem to notice Haxorus on the bench.
So it stays in play for a while.

Thanks for the advice, I might be taking this deck apart soon anyways.
Thinking about a different deck idea, but not sure what yet.

Mostly cause the sleeves I use for this deck are in bad condition.
They of course are the Garchomp sleeves from a pre-release.

Sorry for sounding like a jerk, I guess I just am a bit stubborn when it comes to my ideas.
Last time I played this deck in a tournament situation, it didn't do very well.
However that was during the non-nerfed Pokemon Catcher days, so people were dragging out basics & KOing them.

even with a nerfed catcher, a hax koing 1 of my exs is not a big deal, and inconvenience yes but nothing more

too many pokemon and need more trainers to make it more consistent. 2-1-2 hax, 3-2-3 garchomp, 2-2 altaria. add in some skyla, muscle band.. probaly some switching cards. some rare candy, and ace spec. dont play cilan. go profs letter instead. I dont think u need 17 energy so maybe take those down a bit too. maybes some lasers and virbank for more damage

2-2 Altaria?
3-2-3 Chomp?
Are you out of your mind?

I'd suggest you add 2 Pokémon Catcher for 1 very simple reason: a lot of PlasmaBox players (myself included) run Palkia EX for the Blastoise and RayBoar matchups. I can easily Strafe and KO any of your Dragons then move to the "safety" of my bench (and promote a Snorlax, for example; then I could repeat the cycle again for ongoing KOs). Without Catchers, you'd relinquish a tremendous advantage since the effect of Strafe allows me to bench my Palkia EX and out of your KO zone.

True but he said plasma isn't big in his area

Like I said, this deck is most likely getting retired soon anyways.
Unless they keep Dragons Exhalted in the rotation.

Thinking about something with Pyroar from Flashfire.
