Yea but that was peoples choice to have so many. Absolutions WAS the most expensive Ex deck,but Speed Ban had 4 exs and it won tourneys,R-Gon had 4 Exs and a Star,I mean it depended on what you built, MSNBC or M&Ms had 4-5 Exs and Star. Absolutions and Destiny were the only decks really to have more than 6 Exs in them.

What about if their DREs and Scrambles had to be discarded when their Gardevoir levelled up?

Really wouldn't do all that much, I'd just power a Gardy up with two Psychics and a call, not exactly hard to do with the speed of Gardy. =/
