Dual Types that exactly match Double Resistance

A few Pokemon such as Latios EX and Latias EX
have two resistances instead of one.

Some Pokemon are two Color Types instead of one.

SandStorm Kecleon can become several Color Types
at the same time thanks to its Pokemon Power
"Energy Variation:
Kecleon's type is the same as every type of basic
energy card attached to Kecleon."

What happens when a Pokemon's Color Type matches
both of their Opponent's Pokemon's Resistance Types.

For Example:
Kecleon has both a Grass and a Fighting basic Energy
card attached to it.
It is trying to attack Latios EX which is
Resistant to both Grass and Fighting.
Kecleon uses Double Scratch and flips two heads
which results in 40 damage before Weakness and
Resistance.

What happens?
Is the damage 40 minus 30 which equals 10 damage?
or
Is the damage 40 minus 30 and minus 30 more
which equals 0 damage?

Here are the latest rulings on double-weakness and double-resistance:
== WEAKNESS AND RESISTANCE
Q. If Kecleon has two different colored basic energies attached, and it attacks a Pokemon with weakness to both of those colors (i.e. Kabutops-EX), is the weakness calculation doubled because Kecleon is both types?
A. Sure. Damage would be up to x4 for the appropriate double Weakness. (Sep 11, 2003 PUI Rules Team Meeting)

Q. If Kecleon has two different colored basic energies attached, and it attacks a Pokemon with resistance to both of those colors (i.e. Salamence is resistant to both Fire & Fighting), is the Resistance calculation doubled because Kecleon is both types?
A. Yes. Just like double-Weakness would result in x4 damage, double-Resistance would result in -60 damage (-30 times two). (May 13, 2004 PUI Rules Team)

Hope this helps,
