The Pokemon Trading Card Game City Championships are being held now through January 5th. These events are open to all players (from beginners to seasoned players). There are three age catagories: Juniors, Seniors, and Masters. Juniors are players born in the year 2003 or later. Seniors are born in the years 1999, 2000, 2001, or 2002. Masters are players born in 1998 or earlier. Master division players must pay $10 to participate. Junior and Senior division players are free.
If you are interested in competing, please bring your POP ID (if you do not have one, a POP ID will be issued to you at the event). Bring your 60-card deck legal for modified play (only include cards from Next Destinies to Legendary Treasures), your completed decklist, dice, extra sleeves, etc. Please arrive within the Registration time, or you may be required to take a first-round loss.

Tournaments generally take several hours to complete, so be prepared to set aside most of the day for these events.

1st Place: City Championship Trophy, 18 Pokemon TCG Booster packs (36 booster packs for Masters), and 50 Championship Points
2nd Place: 10 Pokemon TCG Booster packs (20 booster packs for Masters), and 40 Championship Points if division attendance is 4 or more
3rd & 4th Place: 4 Pokemon TCG Booster packs (10 booster packs for Masters), and 30 Championship Points if division attendance is 8 or more
5th - 8th Place: (4 booster packs for Masters), and 20 Championship Points if division attendance is 32 or more
9th - 12th Place: (2 booster packs for Masters), and 10 Championship Points if division attendance is 64 or more
13th - 16th Place: (2 booster packs for Masters), and 5 Championship Points if division attendance is 64 or more
