Where is your proof? I would like to actually see it before I beleive it and considering the Tin's release date is April 10th, I find it hard to believe that you have seen anything.

However, 100 is more than I expected the card to go for and it is more than what Charizard Ex was worth when it came out. I think that means that in a few years it will rival what Charizard Ex is going for now. I also think that anywhere from 50-80 will be where the card will settle at. I think it is more insane that the Palkia/Dialga rares are going for more than 10 ea.

P.S. Everyone saying Darkrai Lv. X will be in a tin is crazy, they have only announce 2 pokemon in the 3 tins, and they were Dialga and Palkia. There has also been no confirmation that they are gonna be Lv. X. This is how rumors start and how everyone thinks that the Lv. X are gonna be the tin cards. You also have to look at the fact that there are 2 versions of Palkia and Diagla Lv. X, and there isnt 2 of Darkrai Lv. X mean Darkrai Lv. X only printing will be in GE. When will we be getting the other 2, I have no clue, but it wouldnt suprise me if it was the tins or P7.
 
When Infernape , Empoleon and the turtle were first annonced to come out in a tin there was no mention that these would be Level X cards. Then Bam ,there they were. So I am hoping .....to be continued.

Yep, there are 3 NEW Tins coming out before the 3 Spring Tins. They are gonna contain Ex's (I will assume Lugia Ex/Jirachi Ex/Ho-Oh Ex) and they contain Ex Series Packs. They come out next week or so.

Drew the alternate art for Infernape Torterra and Emploeon came out here 1st in the Tins so there is a chance that we could get a reprint of Darkrai Lv X as for the palkia Lv X I saw a link earlier today with it for sale as a preorder I'll try to find it and post it here.

I said I assume, I am not sure on this, dont go spread it around like it is the truth. All I know is that they will contain Ex Series Packs and have 3 different Variant cards. They are call Classic Tins or something like that.


Ken - I havent seen an alternate Darkrai Lv. X, a pic would be great. I have seen Dialga and Palkia though.

Yeah there isn't one.. yet, but I think the assumption people are making is that the alt art Dia/Pal will be in tins as well as an alt art Darkrai which is yet to be released in Japan, just like we got the alt art versions of the starters in the other tins before Japan got them.

Re: Darkrai though... most people just won't pay anywhere near that amount, this is gonna be an isolated case I'm pretty sure, is Darkrai even popular like Charizard? I dunno, its a "new" legendary, dark, "cool" etc etc but I don't think its in the Charizard/Lugia ballpark in that respect or ever will be.

AKA more junk!:thumb: Not sure why they would waste the money to reprint cards that are not of any use? I know as a collector I wouldn't spend the time or money going to buy them. I can see them reprinting darkrai Lv.X for sure as they have done for other Lv. X's along with Dialga and Palkia Lv.X in the future.

Sure we don't want them, but do you know how many random kids buy Pokemon cards just to look at? I used to be one of those kids, and I really didn't care if cards were legal (and I didn't even know that cards cards get rotated). I just wanted the cool stuff. If I were still a little kid, I wouldn't mind rotated cards. There even used to be many kids that came to my league, not even with a deck, but only to trade and look at other people's collections!
 
The ex tins came in to our store last week. They contain foil versions of Armaldo ex, Tyranitar ex and Ho Oh ex from the POP series and they include 1 pack each from Crystal Guardians, Dragon Frontiers and Power Keepers.

Well this news is making the Darkrai X look like a better deal than it really was. That is if you need it before mid April.
 
The Darkrai X in the tins have been confirmed now. Pokebeach has it posted up. Alt artwork too! I'm pretty excited about the tins.
 
Kemony made a very smart move. Now is the time to get money for those cards like that. I am just surprised Super Goku Ken didn't shop around more, or wait like 2 weeks.
